On this week's show, we'll discuss "islands" in the forest; Mostly metaphorical "islands" that is. We'll go into those areas of the forest that are isolated from heavy deer browse pressure. These areas may contain rare and important plants like ginseng, trillium or even sugar maple seedlings that deer prefer to eat. We'll also discuss things you can do to make your forest an "island" from heavy deer browse.
